Utah Parent Center's PARENTS AS PARTNERS IN THE IEP PROCESS Handbook is a complete document for parents with children that have disabilities. The document includes all of the necessary legal information together with practical information necessary to navigate the IEP process. If I had a child with a disability this is the document I would want to have as a reference.
